Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product received has a manufacturing defect.
  • Product significantly differs from the description provided on the website.

To be eligible, the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized Sarees
  • Hand-Painted Sarees
  • Made-to-Order Products
  • Sarees purchased during Clearance Sales
  • Discounted or Promotional Sale Items
  • Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

3. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The original invoice/order confirmation must be available.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Step 2

Provide:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Clear Photos and/or Video of the Product
  • Images of Packaging (if damaged)

Step 3

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–5 business days.


5. Exchange Policy

If approved:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.
  • Customers may be required to ship the original product back before the replacement is dispatched.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Please note that bank processing times may vary.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images/videos as evidence.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

8. Return Shipping

  • For approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Saanjh Ethnics.
  • For other approved return requests, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

9. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

Customized Orders

Customized, hand-painted, or made-to-order sarees cannot be canceled once the production process has started.


10. Color & Craftsmanship Disclaimer

Our sarees are often handcrafted, handwoven, hand-painted, or artisan-made.

Please note:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Minor irregularities in weaving, printing, painting, embroidery, or fabric texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.
